Landfill Solar Project The City of Bath executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with local provider ReVision Energy Inc (ReVision) in November 2023 for ReVision to design and develop a solar array to be located on capped portions of the municipal landfill on Detritus Drive. The electricity generated by the project offset utility costs of municipal accounts through participation in the Net Energy Billing (NEB Program).
