What You'll Do: Provide Customer Service in the Tax Collector/ Treasurer’s Office, handle tax billing, accounts receivable, motor vehicle registrations, and IF&W registrations. As Deputy Tax Collector, you'll help ensure that essential municipal services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with professionalism.

Municipal experience is an asset but is not required. We're happy to train the right person, someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service and cash handling skills, and a genuine commitment to serving the public.

 

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a starting hourly salary range, from $25.56 to $33.22, for a 36-hour work week depending on qualifications and experience. The City of Bath Treasurer’s office is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
