Police Reports

You can request a police report from the Bath Police Department in one of three ways: by phone, by email, or in person.

Phone:
Call the Bath Police Department at 207-443-5563 during regular business hours.

Email:
Send your completed request form to msmall@cityofbathmaine.gov.

In Person or By Mail:
Visit the Bath Police Department or mail your request to 250 Water Street Bath, ME 04530.

Please note that some reports may require processing time or additional approvals before they can be released. If fees apply, staff will notify you before fulfilling your request.
