Proposals can be emailed or mailed to the address above. Proposals will be reviewed on October 1 at 10am at the City of Bath Finance Office, 55 Front Street, Bath, Maine 04530. The public is welcome to attend the bid opening.
Late proposals will be rejected without consideration. The City assumes no responsibility for proposals delayed or lost in transit.
Proposers or their authorized representatives may, but are not required to, attend the public opening. The City will record the names of all proposers and the general terms of each proposal at the time of opening. Proposals will thereafter be reviewed by City staff and evaluated in accordance with Section 7 of this RFP
