Sealed bids for furnishing the City of Bath Public Works Department with one new Articulated Wheel Loader will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, 55 Front Street, Bath, ME 04530. Please complete and submit the attached Bid Form to the City Clerk’s office by September 24, 2026 at 10 AM at which time the proposals will be read aloud publicly. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the Bidder and marked "Articulated Wheel Loader" on the face of the envelope. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty (30) days after opening thereof.
