City Hall Cooling Center Open Wednesday and Thursday

Bath is under a Heat Advisory Wednesday and an Extreme Heat Watch on Thursday. City Hall's second floor conference room will be open as a cooling center from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with A/C and water available. Additionally, Morse High School (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.) will also be available as a cooling center.

Land Use Code Update

The City of Bath is updating its Land Use Code to reflect community goals, simplify regulations, and align with the 2023 Comprehensive Plan. The update will modernize zoning, support housing and economic growth, and promote sustainable, well-designed development across the city.
