Bath is looking for its next Communications Coordinator, and it might be you. In this role, you'll be the voice behind the City's print, digital, and social media communications, helping residents stay informed, engaged, and connected to the place they call home. You'll collaborate with departments, committees, and community partners across the city to create content that is accessible, consistent and genuinely useful to the people who live and work in Bath.

Is this your perfect job?
You have a background in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. You're a strong writer who can turn complicated information into content that's clear and compelling for all kinds of audiences. You're organized, creative and good at juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball. You're comfortable with websites, social media and design tools, photography/videography, and you're always looking for fresh ways to connect with people. Most importantly, you care about public service and want your work to make a real difference.

This full-time, non-exempt position has a starting wage range of $23.77- $27.35/hour, depending on experience. The City of Bath offers generous paid leave, participation in the Maine Public Employee Retirement System, and excellent health and wellness benefits.
