Starting July 29, High Street at Denny Road will be closed to all traffic for the sewer interceptor installation as part of the Harward Street Pump Station and Sewer Interceptor Upgrade.Detour routes will be in place and clearly marked with signage — please follow posted DETOUR signs in the area.Several streets will be closed to thru traffic but remain open for local access.
On street parking may be disrupted in the project area; alternate parking can be found in the municipal lot on Water St, on street parking along Front St north of the project area, and along Commercial St.
The City of Bath Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed update to Bath’s Land Use Code. The draft update reflects community feedback, recent state legislation, and recommendations from the 2023 Comprehensive Plan. Community members are encouraged to review the draft and attend the hearing to learn more and share comments. The meeting can also be streamed on BCTV or Facebook live.
