What We Do

  • Develop and distribute city news, updates, and alerts through our website, social media channels, newsletters, and traditional media.

  • Manage the city’s official website content, keeping pages current, accessible, and easy to navigate.

  • Handle media relations and public affairs: we coordinate press releases, respond to media inquiries, and support city officials in public communications.

  • Promote transparency and open government by making information accessible, understandable, and timely.

  • Help departments craft messages, design graphics, and produce digital content to reach the community effectively.

  • Monitor and maintain consistent branding across all city communications: logo usage, color palette, templates, and messaging standards.

  • Encourage two-way communication: we listen to community feedback and work on improving engagement and responsiveness.
