Starting July 29, High Street at Denny Road will be closed to all traffic for the sewer interceptor installation as part of the Harward Street Pump Station and Sewer Interceptor Upgrade.Detour routes will be in place and clearly marked with signage — please follow posted DETOUR signs in the area.Several streets will be closed to thru traffic but remain open for local access.
On street parking may be disrupted in the project area; alternate parking can be found in the municipal lot on Water St, on street parking along Front St north of the project area, and along Commercial St.
In 2025, taxable property values increased 9.6% over 2024 values. Residential property values increased an average of 10.3%. Of 3006 developed residential properties in Bath, 2503 (83%) saw a valuation increase between 5% and 15%.
