Equipment Auction
The City of Bath Public Works Department will be holding a sealed bid equipment auction.
Bidders wishing to view the equipment before bidding may do so by visiting Public Works located at
450 Oak Grove Avenue between the hours of 9:00 AM-2:00PM.
SUBMITTAL: Bid must be submitted on this form. Bid must be received by the City Clerk no later than
1:00 PM, April 8, 2024 Bids received after that time will not be considered. Bid must be in a sealed
envelope and clearly labeled: FOR PUBLIC WORKS SEALED BID AUCTION
