Wastewater Treatment Plant
The Wastewater Treatment Plant Division shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City of Bath Wastewater Treatment plant Facility and for all pumping stations associated therewith and for the maintenance of all necessary and appropriate records, documents or writings in connection with the operations and maintenance of the Facility.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant Division is responsible for the following:
- To operate the Bath Wastewater Treatment plant Facility together with pumping stations and all other installations associated with the Plant in a proper and effective manner in accordance with applicable Rules and Regulations.
- To maintain such records and information as is necessary and appropriate and to render such reports as are required by law and for the proper operation and maintenance of the Facility.
