Applying for a Park Reservation

Please fill out the form below if you are requesting to reserve space in Library Park or Waterfront Park. If your event is over 100 people you will also need to apply for a Special Event Permit.

Park Fees:

• $50 for residents
• $150 for non-residents of Bath

Once the application is reviewed, you may be required to fill out additional forms. Please provide us with a certificate of insurance naming the City of Bath as an additional insured, if you do not have insurance please let us know in the application. Terms, rules and regulations stated here.
