In most cases, setting up an appointment for the assessor to visit your property in person is the most effective way to communicate concerns about your property valuation. Due to the limitation of the scheduling software, right now appointments for each part of Bath are assigned to one weekday. If you are unable to meet with the assessor on the day assigned to your area of Bath, please contact our office and we'll set up an alternative day and time that works for your schedule. We will work on rotating the days when appointments are available in each part of Bath in future weeks.
- North Bath property valuation reviews are scheduled for Mondays (8:30-6 pm).
- Valuation reviews of the north end of Bath (north of Route 1 and east of Whiskeag Creek) are scheduled for Wednesdays (8:30-6 pm).
- Valuation reviews of the south end of Bath (south of Route 1) are scheduled for Thursdays (8:30-6 pm).
If your concerns about a property's valuation are more general in nature, or can be shared with photographs or statistical analysis, appointments are available to meet with the Assessor in our office on Tuesday afternoons.
Appointments are conducted in person and availability is subject to change. We will make every effort to contact you if the Assessor is unable to keep her appointment schedule.
