Mission
The purpose of this corporation is to encourage economic development within the City of Bath by acquiring by purchase, grant, lease mortgage, assignments, or any other method, real and personal property of all kinds. The Corporation is also charged with providing financial support, when possible, through revolving loan funds and other available financing sources. The additional intent of the Corporation is to allow all non-profit activity as permitted under Title 13-B of the Maine Revised Statutes.
Appointments and Meeting Schedule
Meets as needed. Committee shall consist of no less than 7 members, no more than 15. City Manager may designate staff appointments to BDC in ex-officio roles.
