After 26 years of dedicated service, the City of Bath bids farewell to its esteemed Public Works Director. Known for his unwavering commitment to public education, environmental protection, and renewable energy, his tenure has shaped the city's infrastructure and sustainability efforts. Certified in multiple areas, including landfill operations and Maine DOT project administration, he led transformative projects such as the Elm Street Plaza, the Roundabout, and extensive city-wide sidewalk rehabilitation. A champion of solid waste management, he implemented the city's Recycling and Pay-as-You-Throw programs and oversaw landfill improvements. His innovative GIS mapping initiative and adept handling of emergency operations have left an enduring legacy.
