Bath Police Officer McIntire and Animal Control Officer McKnight responded to a report of a sick/injured bald eagle in north Bath.   Officer McIntire was able to locate the eagle on Bayshore Rd. and saw that it was indeed ill and/or injured to some extent.  The eagle was transferred to Avian Haven for care and hopeful rehabilitation.
