Parks and Rec is actively looking to fill two newly created positions

Downtown  Steward-(Full Time, Non-Union) This position is responsible for providing care and maintenance to Bath’s historic downtown. Daily work is primarily outdoors and includes landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, as well as beautification for holidays or special events. They coordinate with City departments and community organizations, and greet downtown visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Parks Steward- (Full Time, Non-Union) The City of Bath is seeking a Parks Steward with the Cemeteries, Parks, and Forestry Division of the Parks and Recreation Department. This position is responsible for providing care and maintenance to Bath’s downtown public parks. Daily work is primarily outdoors and includes landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, as well as beautification for holidays or special events. They coordinate with City department and community organizations, and greet downtown visitors with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
