Non-Profit Giving Ad Hoc Committee

The need for a non-profit giving policy was identified by the Bath City Council during the 2022 budget process.  Concerns were raised about the lack of a clear policy concerning city non-profit giving.  It was noted that an application to request city funds by non-profits existed, but that there was no criteria available for the Council to use when making decisions about giving to non-profits.

The ad hoc non-profit giving committee met four times: one planning meeting on January 20, and three meetings that were public and on the city calendar – February 2, March 9, 2023, and March 16, 2023.
